Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us.

Production Time

Production time can take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days. Custom products can take up to an additional 3-5 business days for designing and proofing. Please bear with us for Aileen & Co. is a one woman shop all while raising three kids at home.

Safety Concerns

These products are not intended for use as a teething toy, however all our wood products are sealed with all natural beeswax and coconut oil for those teethers who just can’t help but chew on everything. No harsh chemicals are used in the process of making our products.

Shipping Time

Shipping time can take anywhere between 3-5 business days depending on your location and day/time of shipment. We do our best to ship your order out ASAP.

Can I Collect My Order In Person

Unfortunately at this time we are no longer offering in-person pick-ups. Aileen + Co is a home based small business so we currently offer shipping only.
